Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Construction Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on-site.
Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout the project.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and skill levels.
Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Document daily progress and report to management.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of roofing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in various roofing systems (e.g., shingle, metal, TPO, EPDM).
Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification preferred.
