Job Description
We're seeking a junior IT Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to support our client in the international logistics industry. This person will helping with the deployment of Genesys cloud across entities spanning the United States and Latin America.
This role pays between $15-23
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior PM on Genesys Cloud deployment projects across multiple countries
Coordinate tasks, schedules, and vendor deliverables
Lead and support UAT (test cases, user coordination, follow-ups)
Create project status reports, minutes, documentation
Work with stakeholders across Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM regions
Participate in Saturday production releases when needed
Ensure strong customer service and communication with end users

Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years experience with Genesys (ideally Genesys Cloud) deployments
Experience in contact center environments
Strong PM fundamentals: follow-up, reporting, communication, documentation
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Jira
Ability to work flexible hours across LATAM time zones
No programming or configuration required
Preference for Bilingual candidates
