A client of Insight Global's is building a next-generation enterprise operating platform for asset managers and financial organizations managing complex, multi-entity financial structures. At the core is an institution-grade general ledger and reporting system, with AI embedded throughout the product.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
• Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, not just polished screens
• Comfort designing data-heavy, permissioned, multi-entity applications
• Highly collaborative, opinionated, and pragmatic
• Able to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Technology-forward mindset with strong interest in AI-driven workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Fintech, accounting, ERP, or financial services experience
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-driven interfaces
• Exposure to institutional finance, complex asset structures, or regulated enterprise environments
