Overview:
One of our leading manufacturing clients is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead a recently-won project in Port St. Joe Florida for an air force base rebuild. This individual will be the eyes and ears for regional construction managers, overseeing all onsite activities and handling all documentation and KPI's. Some projects consist of rebar installation, excavation, material management, and more construction-based functions.
Day to Day:
* Reporting to Construction Manager in daily reports and meetings, updating on project completion
* Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts with teammates
* Oversee material delivery ensuring all on time for each project
* Review changes to the project to determine their scope, ensure the accuracy of same, and then process the appropriate documentation in accordance with the company's change order procedures.
