Job Description

A federal contractor is looking for skilled Cable Technicians to support ongoing contract work in Panama City, FL. The cable puller performs all duties required to layout, fabricate, and install electrical wiring or coaxial cable. Cuts wires to length, strips insulation from wire ends, and insulates connections with plastic sleeves. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Hourly rates range from $16-19/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Basic electrician trade skills
Ability to follow drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and design notices
Proficiency in using basic electrical installation tools
High School diploma, GED, or Navy C School

Naval, aerospace background
