Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Website Content Publisher to join their Marketing Technology team in a hands-on, CMS-focused role. This is an entry-level contract opportunity ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and excited about using AI tools to work smarter. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day publishing and management of website content across large-scale digital properties. Responsibilities include executing routine content updates, building new pages and sections, and ensuring all content is accurately published, properly formatted, and aligned with brand, accessibility, and health literacy standards. You will perform thorough QA checks, manage incoming content requests, and maintain clean, well-organized CMS structures including metadata and taxonomy. You will also play a key role in AI-assisted workflows, leveraging tools to support tasks such as content reformatting, alt text creation, and metadata generation, while contributing ideas to improve repeatable AI-driven processes. Collaboration is central to this role, as you will work closely with marketing managers, content strategists, designers, developers, and project managers, communicating clearly around timelines, priorities, and blockers in a remote environment. This role is well-suited for someone with a foundational understanding of how the web works, comfort with HTML/CSS, and a strong desire to grow within a marketing technology team.
