Job Description
• Own the end-to-end UX and UI Design for Tickets, Passes, Upgrades, and Offers
• Design clear, intuitive product comparison, merchandising, and selection flows that help guests make confident decisions
§ Partner closely with Product Managers to shape strategy, requirements, and trade-offs
• Translate complex pricing, entitlements, and operational rules into intuitive user experiences
• Balance platform-level consistency with flexibility to support different park types (dry parks, water parks, Sesame Place, Discovery Cove)
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, patterns, and documentation
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts, incorporating feedback from data, testing, and stakeholders
• Partner with the Cart & Checkout Designer to ensure a seamless, end-to-end purchase journey
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and smooth handoff

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with respected consumer E-Commerce business
• Strong experience designing Mobile-first Web and App e-Commerce shopping experiences, particularly discovery and selection flows
• Proficiency with Figma, rapid prototyping, and usability workflows
• Demonstrated expertise in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design
• Experience conducting usability testing, research synthesis, and competitive analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Experience with modern design tools and workflows
• Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience using ADO for work tracking, backlog management, and delivery coordination
• Familiarity with Sitecore as a content management system
• Hands‑on experience with Quantum Metric and Jira for analytics, monitoring user behavior, and tracking delivery progress
• Previous Optimizely experience
• Prior experience leveraging modern AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and overall delivery velocity
