Job Description

An Insight Global client in the robotics and automation space is seeking a Field Robotics Technician to join their Orlando, FL team. The organization develops mobile, scalable robotic systems that automate key distribution and fulfillment processes, helping operations improve efficiency, flexibility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing supply chain environment.
Salary range: $83,000–$85,000 annually.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of Robotics service experience
• Technical written and verbal language skills are necessary
• Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams, 3D models and 2D AutoCAD drawings
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge
• Previous experience in the installation, configuration, testing, and support of material handling or other large control systems is a plus
• Understanding of SQL and other database formats
• Basic competency in networking using Windows and Linux operating systems and networking equipment such as Cisco switches and access points
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites
§ 50% MAX travel to clients nationwide

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or electrical engineering
Experience in retail manufacturing robotics (ie: CVS, Walgreens, Walmart)
