A client in the aerospace and defense industry is looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to their team in Orlando, FL. They will be responsible for overseeing and giving direction to company production operations, including productions resource planning, assembly, and integration. They will establish standards and manufacturing aids to the facility to simplify the assembly process and improve quality yield. They will also monitor the loading and execution of production assembly and test departments, while also training and providing technical support to production staff. They will work an 8-5 Monday-Friday work schedule. They will work a 9/80 work schedule so they will get every other Friday off.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronics
10 years of Manufacturing experience
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
Ability to assemble complex electrical wiring harnesses, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies with high proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Office
Solidworks and AutoCAD experience
