Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will help to implement Red Lobster's compensation programs and pay practices, maintain job architecture, provide analytical support to key stakeholders. This role involves providing accurate detailed analysis and reporting on strategic and operational goals of compensation programs, incentives, market trends, and pay structures. In addition, as the subject matter expert, this position will be responsible for compensation projects and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
• Minimum four (4) years' experience in Compensation or two years' experience in Compensation plus two years in Human Resources and/ or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including expert Excel skills
• Strong analytical background with experience analyzing large data sets
• Experience with:
• EEOC compliance
• SLA standards
• Data analysis and reporting
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and other internal teams
• Proven leadership experience in a compensation or data-focused role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisor role
• Familiarity with Red Lobster’s industry or similar corporate environments
• Experience in compensation surveys and pricing tools
• Experience with salary, hourly, and executive pay
• Experience building and maintaining a job architecture
