Job Description

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the ITS Maintenance contract and team, including a Deputy Program Manager, Network Engineer, maintenance superintendent, and 8 to 10 ITS field technicians.
Develop and implement program strategies, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders (FDOT) to monitor program progress and mitigate risks.
Ensure successful program delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage subcontractors involved in the project (e.g., MOT Subcontractor, Generator/HVAC maintenance companies).
Ensure safety compliance in coordination with the branch Safety Manager.
Keep spare parts inventory up to date, including RMAs and replenishment as needed.

Day to Day:
Our client is looking for an ITS Maintenance Contract Program Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. The contract requires them to maintain all the ITS devices along the Ultimate 1-4 corridor in Orlando. This person will manage the maintenance team, schedule and ensure resources are allocated, prepare and submit required repots, collaborate and meet with FDOT, conduct maintenances services and inspections and ensure successful program delivery.
***Salary: $120,000-$130,000

Required Skills & Experience

Solid project management experience in the industry.
This person must have some sort of ITS/tolling background and understand the business
Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
Data analysis and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Experience communicating program updates and managing expectations with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and clients.
