Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer to travel and maintain robotics software in warehouses across the country. This is a customer facing role and is the first group representing customers directly. Will be hands on with electrical and mechanical assembly and installation on client sites. This person must be comfortable working with hand and power tools and support wiring functions as well. They will be overseeing 2-4 contractors who will be assisting them while they are onsite. This person is expected to do daily reports using Microsoft Word to describe progress on their project.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years preventative maintenance experience

Mechanical/electrical installs (more mechanical)

Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and drawings.

Experience with conveyors

PLC Cabling (no programming involved)

Open to travel 11 days on, 3 days off

Low voltage wiring experience

Proficiency with Excel and Word

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Ability to take dimensions from autoCAD (no drawing)

Leadership experience

Good credit score
