This position is willing to pay 70,000-80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Description
Provide oversight of financial operations within the company, including financial audits and reporting, managing accounts receivable and payable, 401K monitoring, reviewing contracts and funding, and providing detailed project cost reporting and management, located at Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management:
Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment to vendors and contractors.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records for both receivables and payables.
Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash flow.
Project Cost Reporting and Management:
Develop and maintain cost reporting systems for active projects.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
Prepare and present cost reports to project managers and senior leadership, providing insights into project profitability and cost-saving opportunities.
Track project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
Financial Audits and Reporting:
Lead internal and external financial audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Review of Contracts and Funding:
Review contracts, funding agreements, and financial terms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide financial input into contract negotiations and funding strategies.
Assess financial risks and ensure that the companys financial interests are protected in all agreements
401K Monitoring:
Oversee and monitor the companys 401K plan to ensure compliance with regulations.
Review employee contributions and manage records to ensure accurate reporting.
Work with third-party administrators and plan trustees to manage the 401K program effectively.
Supplemental Duties:
Collaborate with all departments to address financial matters.
Perform checks and balances as part of the payroll approval process.

Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret level clearance.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of financial data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present financial data effectively to stakeholders.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a finance role, particularly in financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable management, audit, and project cost management.
Familiarity with 401K regulations and oversight.
MBA or Masters degree or certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred
Experience with contractor specific accounting systems is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial principles, auditing practices, and project management.
Familiarity with the government contracting industry and DCAA regulations.
