Our client is looking for a proactive, detail oriented Business Analyst with strong supply chain experience and prior exposure to ERP implementations (Lawson preferred). This individual will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, translate business needs into actionable insights, and help drive operational efficiency across supply chain workflows. The ideal candidate is a go getter who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems through data, process analysis, and technology.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
3–5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, integrations, or upgrades — Lawson experience highly preferred.
Healthcare experience
Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts: procurement, inventory management, logistics, inventory control, materials management, or demand planning.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
