Job Description
Develop and review architectural designs, calculations, and specifications for airport facilities and systems.
Prepare technical drawings and reports in compliance with local, state, and federal codes, standards, and regulations.
Utilize architectural software tools for design, modeling and analysis.
Perform technical reviews of engineering design drawings, design criteria packages and calculations.
Provide construction oversight including submittal approval, shop drawing review and
inspections to verify design implementation.
• Assist in updating the Master Design Guidelines and Technical Specifications.
Support asset management via inspections and condition assessments.
Coordinate design activities across disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
Meet expectations for design schedules, deliverables, and quality control processes.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to resolve design issues.
Support cost estimation and resource planning for design phases. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, including FAA and
airport standards.

4-6 years experience in Architecture
Qualified for Licensing
Revit and CAD experience
Word Suite
Good communication and EQ soft skills
Qualified for Licensing Examination or a valid professional architectural license/registration
