Role Overview:
- Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Position is part of the AI Strategy Team within the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business functions to identify automation opportunities.
- Leverage agentic AI systems (e.g., Copilot agents) and AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and AI/ML experts.
- Implement practical automation solutions without needing deep AI model development expertise.

- Bachelors Degree in Comp Sci, IT, Business Analytics, etc.
- 2+ years experience in automation developments, AI optimization, or business process automation
o Writing codes to traditional RPA Developer
o Process Improvement, Workflow Optimization, etc.
- Microsoft: CoPilot Studio, Semantic Cournol, AI Foundry (Azure)
o Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath
