A client of Insight Global is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team onsite in Orlando, FL. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling various tasks to ensure efficient operation. Responsibilities may include:
Managing multiple priorities and actions simultaneously
Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Maintaining physical and digital filing systems.

2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or Office manager position
Excellent multitasking and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Facilities management experience
Experience with invoice tracking and payments
Ability to work fully onsite
Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry
Deltek or Deltek Costpoint experience
