Insight Global is hiring for an AP Specialist I to support our client's team in the Orlando, FL area. This individual will process vendor invoices in ERP systems, with attention to details, reasonableness, and appropriate authorization.
- Brainware invoice verifying system, all this person needs to so is verify system verified currently or fixed any errors
- Mail, scanning invoices
- Sitting behind a computer doing this work

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
- 1+ years in Accounts Payable or computer applications (Data entry, invoices, scheduling, etc)
- Hard workers, must be ready to roll up their sleeves! (Will be doing 250 Verifications by 30 days, eventually 500 by month 2)
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Goal oriented, roll up their sleeves
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
- Previous healthcare experience
- Previous experience in a high volume department
- Experience using AP/PO modules in Lawson, Oracle, or SAP ERP system
