Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager within the tolling/construction industry to support the business development team, working closely with the COO and CFO in the Miami corporate office. They will be responsible for the entire RFP bidding and submission process to FDOT as well as communicating and forming relationships with stakeholders, vendors, subcontractors and management .
***Salary: $100k-135k

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
· Extensive experience in business development management role within the tolling industry
· Proven track record in leading economic and technical proposals, estimations, identifying partners and new subcontractors, and managing a business development team
· Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable interacting with key stakeholders, vendors and management

Specific Responsibilities:
· Manage business development team members (3-4 in Florida) and support personnel in Spain (HQ) as needed
· Lead all business development activities, including identifying opportunities, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and strategies and maintaining relationships with them
· Identify key components to win the project, leading the development of economic and technical proposals
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss opportunities and strategies
· Oversee the cost and financial aspects of projects
· Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
· Develop strategies to achieve business development goals and manage project pipelines
· Renew FDOT Prequalification's
· Regularly monitor DOT, CFX, and other procurement sites for opportunities
