- Quickly Achieve Technical Proficiency of all ConGlobal Advanced Solutions for Installation, Implementation, Deployment, Testing Trouble Shooting, Servicing and Supporting
- Install, Deploy, and Commission new automated systems per project plans, working closely with ConGlobal Project Manager and Customer site personnel.
- Manage field team and activities, leading and training new team members.
- Communicate with clients to explain complex issues, when required
- Diagnose and resolve software, electrical, electronic, computer and hardware problems as they arise.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of ConGlobal equipment
- Draft and submit internal facing reports.
- Record data as required by development engineers.
- This role can pay between $25.00-$35.00/hr based on experience

- 7+ years of applicable field experience in technician roles
- Experience leading a team or being a team supervisor
- Experience in pulling, routing, labeling and terminating CAT5, CAT6 cables, COAX cable
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and willingness to learn various business computer systems as required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
- Valid US Drivers License.
