A client in Ocoee, FL is looking for an Applications Development Analyst to join their team. This entry-level role will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Responsibilities include assisting with coding, troubleshooting system issues, supporting application enhancements, and collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams. The candidate will help ensure application performance, maintain data integrity, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts. This role operates in a structured, on-site environment supporting overall technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Ability to build, customize, and support low-code/no-code business applications
• Experience working with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL
• Understanding of application lifecycle (design, testing, deployment, support)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript
• Experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs, REST services, or system integrations
• Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to Azure or cloud-based development environments
• Previous experience in a government or regulated environment
