Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)– Account Executive who can leverage clinical expertise to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners. This role is ideal for an RN interested in a non-bedside position that blends clinical knowledge with relationship-building and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential referral partners and clients within the healthcare industry
● Conduct outreach and schedule meetings with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations
● Use clinical knowledge to present the company’s services, treatment capabilities, and patient care model
● Address clinical and operational questions from providers and referral sources
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
● Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new referral relationships
● Meet or exceed assigned growth and outreach goals
● Maintain accurate records of outreach and partnerships in the company’s CRM system
● Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and pipeline status
● Stay informed about infusion therapy trends, treatment advancements, and competitive offerings

Required Skills & Experience
● Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (required)
● Clinical background strongly preferred; infusion therapy experience is a plus
● Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
● Experience in provider outreach, clinical education, care coordination, or healthcare sales preferred
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Ability to translate clinical information into clear, value-driven conversations
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
● Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills
● Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
