Responsible for coordinating and managing construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. Responsible to assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance on the project. Responsible to manage walk downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approve contractor payment requests, verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocations, assess field status and resolve issues as needed. Responsible for scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, schedules and work in progress to ensure Construction Supervisors are effectively implementing their assignments and obtaining the desired results. Provides leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce, communicating departmental, station and division goals and validating each performers ability to impact those goals.

Elecrtical Supervisors Role and Responsibilities.
To understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
To work collaboratively in a TEAM environment.
To verify that all drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate.
Understanding of SCADA and fiber optics.
Understanding of electrical and fiber testing, IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs, etc.
Works collaboratively with the EPC, sub-contractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and any others working on site.
Reports daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety
Learning and using Unifier to record, name, and upload of electrical installation QC photographs
Facilitates the Request for Information(RFI) process with the EPC and site engineering.
Perform inspections of equipment being installed to verify its done correctly and per the scope of work and specifications.
Review project completion documentation.
Interfaces with project's designated safety, engineering and quality control parties
Help facilitate field commissioning and turnover.
To create good relationships with the EPC and others on site.
To ensure that safety is the number one priority on all sites.
To understand and follow all company rules and policies.
