Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry / Data Admin Specialist to support customer master data for a global organization. This role is highly detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, responsible for monitoring a shared customer inbox, researching existing records to prevent duplicates, and creating or updating customer records across multiple ERP systems. The specialist will validate customer information such as addresses and documentation, perform routine data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates with internal brands and operating companies across different time zones. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate customer setups that directly impact billing and payments, making it ideal for someone who thrives in structured, repetitive work and high‑accuracy environments.

• Comfortable with repetitive, high‑volume data entry
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and avoid duplicate records
• Strong written communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer service mindset with professional email etiquette
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ERP experience (QAD preferred)
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Power BI or reporting exposure
Experience supporting global teams or multiple time zones
