Job Description

Insight Global is currently partnering with Banking client who is looking for a Sr. Voice Engineer with locations in Miramar, FL, Orlando, FL and Newark, Ohio to join their team. This Voice Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading the Bank's voice communication infrastructure in accordance with industry and organizational standards. This position requires to work hybrid Monday-Wednesday onsite and pays $55-60/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience troubleshooting and configuring Webex and Google Dialogflow
6+ years of Voice Engineering experience working with CUCM products,
Experience troubleshooting and configuring: Cisco Call Manager (10.x and above), Cisco Unity Connection (10.x and above), Cisco Expressways for hybrid calling (Webex Mobile/MRA), Webex Calling (Setup user, migration from on-prem to Webex Calling), Webex Control hub (User management, Webex Video Management, Webex CC (Agent layouts, Call flows, Reporting), Calabrio Cloud Call Recording, SIP Trunks (POTS to SIP, SIP to SIP porting), SIP configuration on CUBES (dial-peers, translation patterns, SIP header manipulation)
Experience with Akkadian Provision Manager for phone automation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certs: CCNP Collaboration, Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
