We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Einstein Developer to join our enterprise-level clients team. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer passionate about AI-driven CRM innovation. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce Einstein capabilities to enhance productivity, generate Apex code, automate testing, and deliver intelligent, data-driven customer experiences. Youll collaborate closely with product and business teams, contribute to system design, and mentor junior engineers.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visual Studio Code.
Leverage Salesforce Einstein tools to automate development tasks and enhance CRM intelligence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, AI-powered business solutions.
Utilize Git for version control and CI/CD workflows.
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Apply strong data practices including cleansing, SQL-based dataset creation, and dashboard development.
Integrate external data sources and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Pay rate range: 65-72/hour

5+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with at least 23 years of recent, hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein.
Proven expertise in writing Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and building custom LWCs using VS Code.
Strong command of Git for version control and collaborative development.
Deep understanding of data-driven development, including data cleansing, SQL, and dashboard creation.
Experience with data integration and working across multiple data sources.
Excellent communication skills and a strong cultural fit.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with business and product teams.
Experience with JavaScript-based tech stacks (React, TypeScript, Node.js).
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development.
