Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a strong Sr. Mobile Engineer to join the digital team of one of our clients. You will be helping to design, build, and maintain high quality mobile experiences with users in mind. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver maintainable, performant, and scalable mobile features. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and curious technologist, someone who is diligent in writing testable and well-documented code in a fast-moving agile environment.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile features using React Native
- Develop and maintain BFF services using Node.JS and TypeScript
- Collaborate effectively with other teams and product managers
- Integrate mobile apps with cloud-based services, primarily using AWS
Pay rate range: 60-65/hour

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, specializing in React Native (2 years minimum)
- Ideally, proven experience with Native iOS; Swift UI, UI Kit, and Objective-C
- Hands-on experience with AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, S3
- Strong knowledge and best practices around observability and release processes
- Excellent communication, passionate and curious technologist
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures with module federation (webpack)
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-native Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) services (with NodeJS), especially for mobile application
