Job Description
• Insight Global is seeking a Security Technician to join our client's commercial security service team. This role requires traveling to various customer sites to perform both routine and emergency service work. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing malfunctioning equipment, as well as conducting system testing and signal verification. The technician will also be responsible for completing all documentation and productivity/task paperwork in a timely manner, while providing customer support. In addition, this role may involve proctoring, coaching, and teaching others as needed.
Pay rate range: $26-35 (based off years of experience)

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of High School Degree/Vocational Training
• 2-3+ years of experience working as a security technician
• Experience with Lenel and Avigilon
• Background troubleshooting commercial intrusion and fire systems, CCTV, Intercom, and Access Control Systems
• Must have/use own vehicle
• Knowledge of test equipment, such as multimeters, battery analyzers and decibel meters
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a background and drug screening
