Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a Product Analyst to join their team. The primary duties for this role include configuring and deploying company-issued tablets, ensuring all applications operate smoothly for end users. Additional tasks may involve conducting data analysis and collaborating with Product teams on a range of projects. The ideal candidate should possess experience in networking, firewall configuration, and device management. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as a desire to develop technical expertise while working closely with Product Owners and a Product Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience in a technical support, product analyst, IT support, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts firewall configurations, client server model, relational databases, cloud based applications and environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Basic SQL or log analysis experience
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
