Epic Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and Epic-certified Project Manager to lead and coordinate the integration of newly acquired hospital systems into our existing Epic infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring seamless onboarding, workflow alignment, and operational readiness across departments including clinical, ambulatory, and call center operations. This person will lead Epic integration projects when the hospital absorbs new systems, ensuring all onboarding and workflow processes are executed efficiently, manage cross-functional teams to complete Epic onboarding checklists including clinical workflows, call center setup, and user access. This person will serve as the primary liaison between IT, clinical departments, and administrative teams during integration efforts as well as coordinate with Epic analysts and application teams to ensure system readiness and compliance.

1. Epic certified within ASAP or Ambulatory
2. Bachelors' Degree
3. Experience with Epic workflow experience
4. Experienced as a PM for at least 5+ years' within a healthcare setting
5. PMP or other project management certification.

Experience with hospital mergers or acquisitions.
Familiarity with call center operations and patient access workflows.
