Job Description

This person will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑track cybersecurity programs, driving enterprise planning, prioritization, and governance across security, technology, operations, finance, and vendor partners. This role is responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources using disciplined program management practices and PMP tools. You will provide clear executive‑level reporting and communication, facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision‑making, and proactively mitigate delivery, operational, and cyber risks. Success in this role requires building and leading high‑performing cross‑functional teams, ensuring regulatory alignment, and delivering security initiatives that reduce enterprise risk and support business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 3+ years focused on Information Security / Cybersecurity initiatives
• Proven experience leading large, complex, multi‑track IT or cybersecurity programs in an enterprise environment
• Strong background in program and portfolio management, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and governance
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across technology, security, operations, finance, and vendors
• Experience owning end‑to‑end delivery, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes
• Hands‑on experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking for technology programs
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and IT environments, including networks and platforms
