Insight Global is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join one of our largest telecommunication clients. You will be joining Customer Experience team responsible for the Onboarding, Shopping and Managing journeys of Tracfone consumers. There will be a strong focus on mobile user experience design and end to end processes when it comes to reaching consumers. You will be responsible for Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Day to day you will produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. You will also be testing UI elements such as banners and page layouts. You will be partnering with the marketing team and UX research team to ensure there is a cohesive experience for the digital user. This Value team supports multiple brands in the value organization with different target markets, so we are seeking an individual with diverse design concepts and adaptability.
