Job Description
We’re looking for a nimble, systems-minded UI Designer to help shape the future of operational tools used across our franchise network. These tools aren’t flashy—but they’re essential. You’ll design intuitive, scalable interfaces for non-technical users in restaurant environments, working across brands, regions, and technologies like FROM, RAM, and emerging AI-driven insights.
What You’ll Do
• Design user interfaces for operational tools used by franchisees across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to consolidate legacy systems into a unified experience
• Lead design efforts for insights technologies, including AI features (e.g., drive-thru analytics)
• Conduct user interviews to uncover pain points and workflows
• Present designs in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain design libraries in Figma to support scalable, consistent UI patterns
• Work cross-brand and cross-region, including with international stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• A fast-moving designer who can juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality
• Strong Figma skills, with a portfolio that shows organized, scalable design systems
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Experience working with design libraries and principles to standardize work
• Empathy for users—especially those in operational roles with limited tech exposure
Excellent communication skills to walk stakeholders through designs and gather feedback

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of UI design experience building for mobile & websites
Experience with Figma
Communicate designs effectively to broad stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Working on insights technologies - building dashboards, how to build designs for large data sets
Experience supporting the restaurant industry
