Job Description
• Manage end-to-end SuccessFactors configuration and release management processes
• Partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Build and maintain a release roadmap aligned to business timelines
• Oversee deployment of system updates, upgrades, and patches — ensuring testing and documentation
• Develop and enforce a change management process that minimizes disruption to end-users
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Lead, grow, and retain a team of product leads and configuration analysts
• Provide technical mentorship and standardize configuration methodologies across the team
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize, scope, and plan configuration activities
Serve as the internal SuccessFactors technical expert and escalation point

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors configuration experience or similar (Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG Pro, etc)
• Direct experience with release management processes in a SuccessFactors environment
• People leadership — has managed a team of analysts or technical staff
• Strong project management skills — can juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience with change management processes tied to system releases
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration decisions
• Comfortable operating independently and managing ambiguity
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules
• Prior experience on a full SuccessFactors implementation (not just BAU support)
• Knowledge of broader HR processes and HR technology landscape
• Experience in large-scale or complex organizations (logistics, hospitality, cruise, airline)
• Consulting or SI background
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
