Schedule Management
• Use Oracle Primavera P6 as the primary scheduling tool.
• Manage project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Track project tasks, permits, design activities, procurement, construction activities, and meetings.
• Analyze schedule impacts when changes or delays occur.
Project Scheduling
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Track when work starts and finishes for different project phases.
• Make sure project timelines are realistic and up to date.
• Update schedules every week based on actual progress.
• Alert leadership immediately if a project milestone is expected to be more than 15 days late.
• Help create recovery plans if projects fall behind schedule.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project scheduling or project management experience.
• Experience creating and managing project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting large construction, infrastructure, telecom, utility, or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Experience creating weekly status reports and executive project updates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with fiber, telecom, broadband, or utility construction projects.
• Experience with GIS tracking tools.
• Knowledge of schedule impact analysis and delay management.
• Experience working with contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
