Insight Global’s Client is a global SaaS company delivering intelligent wayfinding and digital navigation solutions for large, complex environments such as stadiums, campuses, districts, and venues. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing professional to support the commercial, go-to-market, and growth activities of Insight Global’s Client. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team through the production and management of trade show and event materials, sales collateral, proposals, and quotations.
As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will also play a critical role in supporting customer growth by identifying opportunities to upsell new features, extensions, and use cases across the existing customer base, while also supporting outbound efforts to attract new customers. Your mission is to maintain structured administration across systems, files, and internal tools.
This role is ideal for someone excited by the sports technology space and motivated to contribute to high-impact live events through well-executed sales and marketing operations. Based in Miami, this in-office position suits candidates who enjoy combining operational excellence with creative execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Shows & Event Support

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Produce and manage event-related materials including signage, booth assets, presentations, and printed collateral.
Prepare event-related sales content for product demos at the tradeshow.
Coordinate logistics such as shipping, asset preparation, and post-event material organization.

2. Sales Collateral, Proposals & Quoting

Prepare and format sales proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documentation.
Produce accurate sales quotes and assist with pricing documentation in collaboration with the sales team.
Maintain up-to-date sales collateral libraries and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Work with sales and marketing teams to tailor proposals and presentations to highlight expansion opportunities and future phases for existing customers.

3. Systems & Sales Administration

Administer and maintain sales-related files, folders, and workflows across systems including Zoho and Google Drive.
Ensure CRM and internal systems are kept current with proposals, quotes, and sales documentation.
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline sales administration and asset management.
Help maintain visibility of upsell opportunities, renewals, and expansion conversations within CRM and internal systems.

4. Creative & Design Support

Assist in the creation and updating of visual sales materials.
Adapt existing designs for different sales, marketing, and event use cases.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are polished, accurate, and on-brand.

5. Customer Growth & Go-to-Market Support

Support both the Marketing & Growth Manager and Director of Customer Success with initiatives aimed at growing revenue across existing and new customers.
Assist in preparing sales materials and internal workflows that help support upsell conversations around new features, modules, and platform enhancements.
Help format and organize sales and marketing assets that communicate new product capabilities in a clear, easy-to-understand way for customers.
Support outbound sales and marketing activities by preparing prospect-specific collateral, presentations, and follow-up materials as directed by the Marketing & Growth Manager and Sales team.
Track and organize customer use cases, expansions, and success stories to help support renewals, repeat sales, and new business conversations.

Required Skills & Experience

Required

3–6 years’ experience in sales administration, marketing operations, event support, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones, occasionally requiring flexible hours.
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and cloud-based file management tools such as Google Drive.
Working knowledge of creative tools including Google Workspace, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred

Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or live events.
Exposure to SaaS, technology, sports, or event-related businesses.
Interest in sports technology, digital experiences, or live event innovation.
Basic understanding of sales processes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Experience supporting customer expansion, renewals, or account growth in a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
