Job Description
An employer is looking for a Workday Finance Integrations Lead to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to lead technical efforts and team guidance in the Workday Finance integration development space. You will partner with engineering and architecture team to lead solutioning and development/ enhancements. You will participate in hands on engineering but split your time evenly between engineering, mentoring/ leading 2-3 team members, and lead related projects in this space. You will partner closely with peer teams to navigate requirements and create designs in this space leveraging Workday Studio and related tools. You will debug integrations as needed and resolve Workday Studio issues. The client is currently working on a large number of new integration requests tied to the financials space and you will be working heavily with AP, AR, GL, procurement and other financial components within this Workday module. Additional tasks will include production support, testing and operating in an Agile fashion.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years experience in Workday integration development
3+ years exp in lead role- leading team members and technical initiatives
Heavy focus on Finance module (AP, AR, GL, Procurement, etc.)
Experience with XSLT- mark up translation
Strong Workday studio experience, building complex studio integrations
Strong understanding of Workday architecture and object model
Experience with EIB core connectors
Formal Workday integration training or prior experience working for a Workday certified integration partner
Agile/ Scrum experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday Prism, Extend or Birt
Oxygen
Azure and Azure DevOps experience
