Job Description
An employer is seeking a UiPath / Power Platform Developer to work remotely and serve as a key contributor in the ongoing evolution of the organization's automation and low-code ecosystem.
Initially, this individual will assess the current UiPath and Power Platform environments, identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, technical debt remediation, and process improvements. They will evaluate existing automations, applications, and workflows to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
The developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions utilizing UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Copilot technologies. This includes building new RPA solutions, enhancing existing processes, developing low-code applications, and creating reporting dashboards that provide visibility into platform adoption, automation effectiveness, and business value.
In addition, this person will help establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards, governance frameworks, development best practices, and operational processes across both UiPath and Power Platform environments. They will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor, partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure solutions are delivered in a secure, scalable, and maintainable manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, optimize, and modernize existing UiPath and Power Platform environments
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise automation and low-code solutions
• Establish governance, security, compliance, and development standards
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical roadmaps
• Develop reporting and analytics dashboards to measure platform adoption and automation ROI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for automation and low-code development best practices
• Support platform administration, release management, and ongoing operational excellence initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing UiPath RPA solutions in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Deep expertise with:
o Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows)
o Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Applications)
o Power BI
o Power Pages
o Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA, and workflow optimization best practices
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable automation and low-code solutions
• Knowledge of Azure services and integrations including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and environment management across Power Platform and UiPath
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and third-party platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• C#/.NET development experience
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, and AI-powered automation platforms
• UiPath certifications and/or Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience implementing Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks and governance models
