Job Description

An employer is looking for an Integrations Support Lead to sit remotely. You will primarily be tasked with leading hands on support efforts related to the client’s Azure and Workday integration environment. Currently there are 5 team members supporting these integrations, 3 on the Azure side, 2 on the Workday side. You will act as a point of escalation for the team, doing a deep dive/ root cause analysis for repetitive issues and partner with development to determine resolution. You will lead related projects in this space and provide day to day leadership to the other team members. You will provide updates to leadership and enhance any technical documentation for the environment to continue to enhance/ mature their support processes/ best practices. Additional tasks will include hands on integration development as needed for enhancements, collaboration with other leads to communicate escalations, and assist with complex integrations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10+ years experience in integration development and support
2+ years experience in a lead support capacity
Well versed in Azure integrations- ADF, Logic Apps, Service Fabric (Microservices)
.Net and C# development experience- APIs/ integrations
Hands on Workday integration experience (Ideally Financials)
Well versed leading a support team, root cause analysis, best practices, etc.

MS SQL skills
