The Project Manager, Restaurant Technology is responsible for managing, deploying, and supporting innovative technology solutions across restaurant operations. This role focuses on project management, vendor coordination, and system implementations to drive operational efficiency and enhance guest experiences. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between corporate teams, vendors, franchisees, and field support staff, ensuring seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with business goals.

Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in technology deployment, or project management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality industries.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.

· Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS platforms, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house software.
· Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the QSR industry.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
