We are looking for a talented and motivated Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
versatile aviation skill set to adapt to different situations and perform well in a variety of tasks. This role requires
firm understanding of project management and analysis with focus on attention to detail, effective
communication, and ability to proactively handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple contract projects by ensuring contract inception requirements are fulfilled and monitoring lessee obligations and performance throughout the contract term
- Coordinate fast-moving engine hospital maintenance projects, ensuring swift completions while adhering
to budget
- Analyze portfolio assets to identify growth and redeployment opportunities
- Support high-level leadership and stakeholders by providing administrative and project management
assistance
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their operational needs and provide support to enhance efficiency
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining strong
relationships
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, or visualizations to communicate in a team environment

- 3+ years experience working with the commercial aircraft jet engines CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B
- Project coordination or project timeline management experience.
- Strong experience multi-tasking while working under deadlines.
- Relationship Management or Account Management experience.
- Ability to travel domestically down the line.
- Contract or asset management experience.
