Job Description
As the Product Manager II, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of an industry leading customer experience within the restaurants App and Website. Your job will involve understanding our customers’ needs and business goals to develop a roadmap rooted in meticulous qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will partner with engineering, design and marketing to implement exceptional experiences across the customer journey. You have experience building and A/B testing thoughtful, data-driven consumer-facing products that focus on the customer first, accelerating purchase decisions, and delivering innovative experiences that drive satisfaction and sales.

Required Skills & Experience
· 1+ years of professional experience working as a product owner or product manager
· 3+ years of product management experience working on large scale consumer-facing products and services delivering best-in-class e-commerce experiences.
· Experience overseeing a products entire life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
· Ecommerce, QSR, or retail industry experience
· UX/UI Design experience
· Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that enhance user experiences and deliver business impact.
· Experience working with product data and metrics. Data focused and fast decision maker. Relentless driver of rapid iteration, always considering the user experience
Impeccable organizational and project management skills. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
