We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Pricing Audit Analyst to support a critical transition in our operational infrastructuremigrating pricing systems from a legacy Point of Sale (POS) to a new platform. This role is instrumental in ensuring franchisee pricing integrity, system accuracy, and operational readiness ahead of rollout.
As a member of the Pricing Strategy & Operations team, the analyst will audit complex pricing structures, coordinate with external and internal stakeholders, and safeguard Burger King's brand consistency and profitability through robust validation and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. POS Pricing Conversion Audits
· Review and validate pricing data migrated from legacy POS systems to the new POS platform (e.g., PAR Brink).
· Conduct root cause analysis on pricing mismatches or discrepancies and document findings.
· Ensure product pricing, modifiers, and bundling rules are accurately reflected post-conversion.
2. Franchisee Price Tier Audits
· Audit tiered pricing structures across the Burger King franchise network to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and market strategies.
· Collaborate with the Franchise Performance team to identify outliers, ensure consistency, and flag inconsistencies for remediation.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
· Partner with the BK Pricing Team to translate pricing strategy into executable and system-compatible formats.
· Liaise with the POS vendor (PAR) to troubleshoot pricing anomalies, validate technical implementation, and resolve configuration errors.
4. Rollout Readiness & Production Accuracy
· Participate in testing cycles (UAT and pre-production validations) to verify end-to-end pricing accuracy before go-live.
· Maintain comprehensive audit trails, test logs, and sign-off documentation to support governance and compliance protocols.
Serve as a pricing integrity gatekeeper during rollout windows to minimize business disruption.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing operations, financial auditing, or POS configuration, ideally within a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
- Retail pricing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, cross-tab analysis)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
