Insight Global's client is a leading collaborative social commerce platform that allows customers to pick an event, invite friends, purchase tickets from vendors, and make group seating arrangements. The client is looking for a paralegal to support their finance team, specifically handling contracts through their entire process (drafting, revising, signing). This is a fully remote opportunity, although familiarity with New York state law and locality to the New York/New Jersey are highly preferred.
