Job Description

Our Client in South Florida is looking to bring on a LOCAL TO MIAMI AREA Fieldglass/Organizational Specialist to assist with Fieldglass tracking, data entry, and a variety of Organizational Change needs such as handling logistics for Town Halls and coordination of events and logistics. The day to day will not be entirely focused within Fieldglass but will handle running reports, labor data, and other office logistical needs. The ideal person will have a go-getter and energetic mentality to tackle a broad range of items within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Over 5 years of experience within Organizational Change Management in an admin role, specializing in Fieldglass as a power user
Data entry, running reports, labor data, tracking miscellaneous items, help with develop of training for vendors
Experience engaging and supporting communications across multiple business units within IT to coordinate logistics and office needs (example: office space planning for cubicle arrangements, catering)
Experience handling and coordinating logistics for Town Hall events
Experience within SharePoint (or similar) to maintain IT sites for information, videos, trainings and engagement
MUST HAVE great personality (someone that is fun, exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives with creative skills (presentations) (Managers, VPs, Vendors)
