Our client is experiencing significant growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. As a Senior M&A Project Manager, youll play a crucial role in shaping the success of mergers and acquisitions within this company. Working closely with the Senior Manager as part of the Integration Management Office (IMO) for M&A activities youll oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of new and existing M&A projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including network infrastructure, service management, product management, app delivery, and security. Youll manage resources and ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets. Your expertise in financial management will be essential as you handle all aspects of project finances. Additionally, youll be responsible for executive communication, thorough documentation, and ensuring successful project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10+ years experience working as an IT Project Manager in a large fast-paced organization
- Strong experience being responsible for executive-level communication, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timely updates
- Specific experience leading M&A Projects, strong overall integration experience/ understanding of dependencies
- Knowledge of technical integrations especially related to M&A, including network infrastructure, service management, product management, app delivery, and security
- Demonstrate excellent expertise in managing project budgets, including a deep understanding of Capex and Opex considerations (multi-million-dollar budgets)
- Strong experience tracking and optimizing project financials to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Proficiently work with Project Management tracking tools such as ADO, MS Project or ServiceNow
- Experience working effectively in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting Ryders ongoing Agile transformation
- Possess an innate curiosity and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough project execution
- Strong technical documentation skills able to review and create new technical artifacts as needed, Ability to capture business requirements
- Proficient experience with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.
- Operates independently, demonstrating a proactive, self-driven approach without requiring constant supervision
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactively addressing challenges

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior work in the Trucking, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry is also a plus
- Azure DevOps tool
- Technical background, started their career as a developer
