Job Description

As our Lead Recruiter, youll be both a player and a coachleading by example while mentoring a team of 23 recruiters. Youll own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of senior-level roles and high-volume call center positions, while also driving improvements in our recruiting strategy, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 23 recruiters, providing coaching, support, and development.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and high-volume roles.
Evaluate and implement new recruiting tools and technologies to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
Optimize and scale recruiting processes to support rapid growth.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
Use data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 12 years in a lead or mentorship role.
Proven success in both agency and/or corporate recruiting environments.
Experience building or scaling recruiting teams and processes.
Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting for both senior-level and high-volume roles.
Familiarity with Recruitee (ATS), Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Passion for trying new tools and optimizing workflows.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Startup or high-growth company experience is a big plus.
