The Analyst, Restaurant Technology is responsible for gathering and defining requirements for technology solutions supporting The Brand's restaurant operations in The Region. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define and execute technology initiatives, ensuring alignment across business needs and technology processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in restaurant technology.

· Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and project execution.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions delivery setting
· Restaurant operations or QSR industries.
· Current working knowledge of the foodservice industry and its challenges.
· Relentless drive to innovate and improve processes.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with restaurant technology platforms such as POS, Kiosks, and Digital Menu Boards
