Job Description

As a Manager Instructional Design for New Food Products, you'll develop engaging and effective learning solutions to support Limited-Time Offers (LTOs) and new product launches. This role ensures that Restaurant Teams are fully prepared for Gold-Standard execution by working closely with marketing, innovation, test kitchens, and operations teams. The position also includes responsibility for developing training content for market tests and national product rollouts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a QSR, restaurant or food service industry setting
- Instructional Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and competency-based training
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills with operations leadership and cross-functional teams
- Facilitation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe, and Camtasia
Food Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the food industry and its related processes
