Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative, bookkeeping, and legal support in a dynamic real estate and legal office. Must be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:
• General administrative tasks and project management.
• Bookkeeping, including bill paying, deposits, and account reconciliation using QuickBooks and Excel (approximately a couple of hours per week).
• Real estate management support (dealing with tradesmen, rentals).
• Legal support (title work training provided).
• Executive assistant duties for the owner.
• Must be able to take a task from beginning to end without constant supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

Fluency in Spanish is required.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in Bookkeeping , including bill paying, deposits, and account reconciliation using QuickBooks and Excel
Ability to prioritize task, work independently, and be solution-oriented.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Real estate or legal experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience with title work
